Breakwell Award at Astrodynamics Specialist Conference

Last week, Dr Botta and Grant Hecht attended the AAS/AIAA Astrodynamics Specialist Conference in Big Sky, Montana. Grant presented the paper "Q-Law Control With Sun-Angle Constraint for Solar Electric Propulsion", and was awarded the John V. Breakwell Student Award for this paper!
